- One advisory sits a level above baseline, usually for crime or healthcare, with no no-go area.
- Caution
- Two or more advisories raised, or a named region carries a real hazard. Go informed, not blind.
- Avoid
- An advisory says do not travel, or the hazard is not manageable solo.
